A little time spent checking your measurements can make choosing the right size much easier. At Tide & Terra, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you choose. Because every style can fit differently, please also check the measurements on the product page before ordering.

To choose your size with confidence, measure close to the body without pulling the tape tight, and compare with the chart below. If you're between two sizes, we suggest the larger one for fitted cuts and the one you usually wear for relaxed knits.

How to take your measurements

Bust: around the fullest part, with the tape level all the way round.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
Hips: around the widest part of your hips.

Knitwear and cardigans are measured flat (tolerance ± 2 cm). Compare with a cardigan you already own and love.

Shoes use European sizes. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against the wall, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure in centimetres. Between two sizes, choose the larger.

Why the overstock sale?

Sophie got a little carried away when we chose this season's collection.

We normally order about 500 pieces for a new season. This time, she ordered 1,000.

The result? Five hundred extra pieces, a storeroom full of boxes and a small team wondering where to put them all.

So we decided to turn Sophie's little ordering mistake into something good for you: beautiful new-season cardigans, knits, dresses and shoes at prices we would not normally offer, and an extra discount when you take two, three or four pieces.

If your favourite is still in stock, we'd suggest ordering soon. At these prices, styles and sizes are going quickly, and when a size is gone we won't be reordering it this season.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide and the measurements on each product page before ordering. Styles can fit differently, so compare the measurements with a similar item you already own. Between two sizes, choose the larger for fitted cuts.

How do the quantity discounts work?

Add two items and you'll receive 10% off, three items 15% off, and four or more 20% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take, and can I track my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 8–15 business days across Australia. Once dispatched, we'll email you tracking details.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer 30-day returns in line with our returns policy. If you need a different size, contact our team and we'll arrange it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
